Edie bunnie acknowledges and pays respect to the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation, the traditional custodians of the land on which her art practice is held. The sacred land on which it is a privilege to live, play, create and connect. She extends her respects to Indigenous Elders past, present and future, as well as all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Indigenous sovereignty has never been ceded.
